At the annual meeting the vote was taken for adopting the new declarations. Unfortunately it failed to pass as we only had 37% participation in the vote. We only received 117 total votes from our 314 members of which, 84 were in favor and 33 were against adopting the declarations. We needed a minimum of 158 votes to achieve the required 51% of the membership.

Dave Swartz was nominated and accepted as our new Vice President and Gary Knighton was nominated and accepted as a new board member.

$250 per vacant lot $300 per lot with home
